Here’s a one-meal tasty recipe with ragi – Ragi Dosa!
Ingredients:
Ragi flour – 1 cup
Yogurt – 1/4 cup
Chopped onions – 2 tsp
Chopped sauted veges – 1/4 cup
Chopped coriander – 1 tsp
Cumin seeds – 1 tsp
Salt – To taste
Clarified butter (Ghee) – 1/2 tsp
Oil – 2 tsp
Water – as required
Method:
1. Mix all ingredients (except oil n ghee) together with water to thin consistency.
2. Mix ghee and oil.
3. Heat Tawa
4. Once Tawa is hot, pour the batter from the outer rim of the Tawa until the center.
5. Add the mixed oil around the dosa.
6. Once cooked, turn it up. When cooked on both sides, serve it hot!
This dosa/pancake is a whole meal as it provides carbs, protein, fats, vitamins, minerals,s, and fiber. This recipe is a big hit with children too!
